What You'll Be Doing
- Answer and direct incoming communications with a warm, professional tone
- Schedule and confirm appointments in our CRM
- Proactively follow up with potential and former clients to exceed revenue targets for cleaning and pest control verticals
- Assist with various office administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and general office housekeeping
- Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Participate in weekly strategy meetings
- Process payments and maintain meticulous financial records
- Overtime may be offered or required at times
What We're Looking For
- A communication superstar who's friendly, professional, and loves creating WOW experiences for others!
- Must be able to commute daily to our Troy, Ohio office
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to our mission, vision, and core values
- Detail-driven and organized with a knack for keeping things running smoothly
- Tech-savvy and proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other platforms
- Eager to assist with achieving revenue targets by building solid relationships with new contacts and existing clients
- Able to pass a criminal background check and eligible to work in the U.S.
- A true team player who lifts others up and keeps things positive!
- Bonus points if you have office and/or customer service experience (but a great attitude matters most!)

Pay and Benefits
- Hourly non-exempt pay range: $16 - $20 per hour base rate ($35 - $42k annually)
