The Meier Law Firm has just added an opening on the Client Services Team. We’re looking for a warm, outgoing, and compassionate administrative assistant who is great with people and detail-oriented. You’ll serve alongside our five client service associates to ensure every family we help receives the five-star experience we’re known for in our community. In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice answering calls, scheduling new clients, guiding existing clients seamlessly through our process, and maintaining relationships with past clients. You’ll also help ensure smooth operations by supporting communication across teams. A typical day might include client calls, assisting with document signings, compiling plans, making copies, running errands, keeping clients informed, or managing data in our CRM and drafting systems. We’re seeking someone trustworthy, dependable, and invested in the success of our firm. You’ll be supported by our team, work closely with fellow associates, and be expected to carry out your duties with both excellence and independence. Responsibilities: • Serve as a warm, welcoming point of contact for everyone who interacts with our firm • Pre-screen potential clients and schedule planning sessions with intake • Assist the Client Services Manager in managing the client experience through our CRM and personal client interactions (in person and virtual) • Collect and enter essential client information used by our legal team to create customized estate plans • Help keep the office organized and stocked (supplies, equipment, food, and beverages) • Actively participate in team meetings, systemization projects, growth initiatives, and data tracking • Leverage artificial intelligence for behind-the-scenes tasks so our team can focus on face-to-face client support Qualifications: • Work Monday through Friday from 9 am-5 pm from our Newport Beach office • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (our current client services team members graduated from USC, UCLA, CSUF, and UCI) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail • Professional, positive, team-oriented, and client-focused attitude • Polished, professional appearance • The rest we’ll teach you—just bring a professional demeanor, a big smile, and a winning attitude! Compensation: $23 hourly
