Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring questions and requests are handled promptly and professionally • Coordinate fuel deliveries and occasional service appointments • Assist with account management, including service contracts, invoicing, and payments • Administer annual programs, such as oil price protection and service renewals • Support special projects, coordinating details from start to finish with internal staff and vendors • Maintain accurate records and generate routine and ad hoc reports • Provide proactive suggestions to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • High school diploma (some college or relevant certifications a plus) • Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal • Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset • Comfortable with technology; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) • Previous experience in HVAC, utilities, or related industries is a plus, but not required Compensation: $45,700 – $52,000
