    We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support our real estate team through exceptional customer service, organized systems, and day-to-day administrative and marketing support. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth client experience while assisting with team operations and special projects. Responsibilities: • Manage shared inboxes, scheduling, and client communications • Coordinate client gifts, appreciation programs, and special mailings • Oversee postcard and marketing material creation with the the graphic designer and ensure timely ordering and distribution • Support Zillow program compliance and basic reporting • Assist with client reviews and follow-up communications • Help coordinate events and office supplies • Facilitate new listing preparation by assisting with home staging and attending property photo shoots to ensure each home is market-ready • Provide administrative and operational support to leadership and agents Qualifications: • Strong customer service and communication skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines • Prior administrative experience required; real estate industry experience is a plus. • Tech-comfortable (email, CRM, basic reporting tools) • Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented • Part-time or Full-time considered, in-office ONLY • Must have reliable vehicle for business-related tasks. Compensation: $25 - $28 hourly DOE
