Client Services & Hospitality Representative – Dallas, TX - $60K–$65K | Full-Time | Regional Law Firm | Onsite M–F | Bonus + OT Eligible

Our client — a top regional law firm — is hiring a refined, reliable, and client-facing professional to anchor front desk operations and elevate the office experience.

This is a high-touch, full-time role with zero travel, full benefits, and immediate start potential.

Core Responsibilities

• Greet clients, manage calls, and coordinate conference room bookings

• Oversee kitchen, pantry, and catering for meetings and events

• Handle mailroom operations, scanning, and large print jobs

• Support attorneys with trial binders and light document edits

• Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate building requests

Qualifications

• Microsoft Word & Outlook proficiency

• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills

• Stable work history — resumes must reflect long-term roles

• Prior experience in a law firm or large corporate office

Additional Information

• $60K–$65K base + bonus + overtime eligibility

• Full-time with benefits

• Onsite Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
