As the Client Services & Listing Partner, you will manage every step of the listing process — ensuring each home is beautifully prepared, marketed effectively, and sold efficiently. You’ll act as the central point of contact for sellers, real estate agents, and vendors while maintaining the highest level of service and attention to detail. This is a leadership and coordination role, ideal for someone who loves project management, real estate marketing, and creating a world-class client experience. Responsibilities: • Project Management: Oversee property preparation, photography, staging, and showings — ensuring all timelines are met and details are flawless • Listing Marketing: Write compelling property descriptions and partner with our marketing team to showcase listings across MLS, social media, and digital platforms • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for sellers, providing regular updates and delivering 5-star service from listing to contract • Listing Oversight: Manage MLS input, signage, lockboxes, and vendor coordination to ensure each listing meets company and brand standards. • Systems & Compliance: Maintain accurate CRM and MLS records, track paperwork, and ensure compliance with all real estate and company regulations • Operational Leadership: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve communication, and enhance efficiency within the listing department Qualifications: • Experience in real estate listing coordination, marketing, or operations preferred (training provided for the right person) • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Tech-savvy with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and MLS platforms • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by results • Calm under pressure and passionate about providing exceptional client service • Thrives in a team-oriented, high-performance culture Compensation: $55,000
