    Position Overview: As a Client Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, providing quotes, ordering parts, creating invoices, and greeting customers in our office location.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Answering incoming phone calls and addressing customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

    Providing accurate and timely quotes to customers.

    Conducting follow-up sales calls to prospective and existing customers.

    Ordering parts and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer needs.

    Creating invoices and billing customers accurately and efficiently.

    Organizing and managing job routes to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

    Greeting customers and ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.

    Maintaining detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.

    Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

    Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.

    Proven experience in a customer service or sales role.

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Google WorkPlace, Microsoft Office Suite.

    Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
