About the Role:

Coral Classics by A&P is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services/Administrative & Office Support/Inventory Specialist to join our team in Hialeah, FL! We are South Florida's largest stocking distributor of Natural Stone Tiles, Pavers & Slabs. This dynamic, multi-faceted role puts you at the heart of our operations — connecting with customers and keeping our inventory running smoothly. Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus. Experience in Marble & Stone preferred but not required. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love wearing multiple hats, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional client services by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building lasting relationships

Support the sales team by assisting with order processing, follow-ups, and customer outreach

Maintain accurate inventory records through regular tracking, auditing, and data entry

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment

Monitor stock levels and flag discrepancies or low inventory to management

Assist in preparing sales reports, quotes, and product documentation

Organize and maintain product databases to support efficient inventory management

Requirements:

Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or inventory management

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

Knowledgably in QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Office & Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in the FL market

Team-oriented with a positive, customer-first attitude
