    Job Title: Client Services Specialist

    Job Type: Part-Time (for now), Full-Time in the Summer, Potential Permanent Role

    Overview: Redbud Inspections is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative/Customer Service Specialist. This role is central to our operations, providing key support in customer communications and internal coordination. If you have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a knack for managing multiple tasks efficiently, we encourage you to apply.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Interaction: Handle incoming and outgoing communications with clients through phone and email, ensuring all interactions are professional, courteous, and efficient.

    Scheduling and Coordination: Manage scheduling for inspections, coordinate with team members and clients to ensure smooth operation and transaction flow.

    Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and transactions.

    Support Growth: Contribute to the growth and efficiency of the company by improving service procedures and supporting various team initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.

    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Detail-oriented with an eye for accuracy.

    • Experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous but not required.

    • Proficiency in using office software, including email, scheduling, and data management tools.
