    Position Overview

    Embassy Homecare Services is seeking a dependable and people-centered Client Services & Staffing Liaison to support client recruitment, caregiver coordination, and service quality monitoring.

    This role serves as the key connection between clients, caregivers, and company leadership—ensuring smooth communication, consistent follow-up, and high standards of care.

    The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and confident managing both client relationships and caregiver accountability.

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Services & Relationship Management

    Receive and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner

    Assist with onboarding new clients and gathering required information

    Conduct periodic home visits to clients for check-ins, service reviews, and support

    Maintain positive relationships with clients and their families

    Report client concerns, service issues, or changes in care needs to management

    Staffing Coordination & Monitoring

    Serve as a point of contact for caregivers regarding schedules, assignments, and expectations

    Follow up with staff to confirm attendance, performance, and job completion

    Monitor caregiver conduct and professionalism during service delivery

    Address minor issues promptly and escalate concerns to management when necessary

    Support caregiver onboarding and orientation follow-ups

    Recruitment & Growth Support

    Assist with recruiting new caregivers and clients

    Conduct follow-up calls with prospective hires and clients

    Track recruitment progress and provide updates to leadership

    Support client retention through consistent communication and service follow-up

    Administrative & Reporting Duties

    Maintain accurate client and staff documentation

    Provide regular updates to management on client satisfaction and staff performance

    Support compliance-related documentation as needed

    Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

    Qualifications

    Experience in homecare, healthcare, staffing, customer service, or administrative support preferred

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Reliable transportation and ability to visit client homes

    Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

    Comfortable using phone, email, and basic office software

    Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
