Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships over the phone to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
Identify client needs and present tailored marketing solutions to meet their goals
Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, managing communications and follow-ups
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective client strategies
Track and report on account performance metrics and campaign results
Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking
Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain trust and loyalty
Requirements:
3 years of experience in client relations, sales, or account management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales or performance targets
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience in sales and business development is a plus
