    Our client, a venture-backed B2B software startup, is hiring Client Solutions Associates to help scale its expert network and deliver high-impact client outcomes.

    This is a front-line, client-facing role where you'll own research engagements end-to-end—connecting clients with highly relevant subject matter experts through 1:1 interviews. You'll play a critical role in ensuring quality, speed, and precision across every project.

    This is a fast-paced, execution-driven environment with significant ownership early on. You'll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, using real-time client feedback to help improve workflows and shape the platform as it scales.

    What You'll Do

    Own Client Delivery End-to-End
    Manage research projects from initial intake through expert sourcing, scheduling, and completion—ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.

    Source & Match High-Quality Experts
    Identify, vet, and recruit subject matter experts aligned to client needs using internal tools and outbound outreach. Deliver precise, thoughtful matches under tight timelines.

    Drive Client Satisfaction
    Act as a key point of contact throughout engagements—ensuring responsiveness, clarity, and strong outcomes that build long-term client trust.

    Track Performance & Improve Outcomes
    Monitor engagement metrics, feedback, and expert quality to continuously improve matching accuracy and network strength.

    Partner Cross-Functionally
    Work closely with product and engineering teams to share frontline insights, identify gaps, and contribute to ongoing platform and workflow improvements.

    What They're Looking For

    • 0–4 years of professional experience (strong new grads encouraged)
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Comfortable in client-facing, high-responsibility environments
    • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to problem-solve independently
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Motivated, goal-oriented, and energized by fast-paced environments

    Nice to Have

    • Prior experience at a startup or in a high-growth environment
    • Background in customer success, consulting, recruiting, or other client-facing roles
    • Demonstrated curiosity across industries and business functions
    • Leadership or initiative experience (e.g., clubs, research, TA roles)
