We at Alphagraphics are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for following up on qualifying leads, and closing sales primarily through phone, email, and virtual meetings. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have worked in the printing and signage industry, that is a plus but not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate estimates and follow up all inbound inquiries
Present products or services to prospective customers and understand their needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Manage the inbound sales inquiry pipeline using CRM software
Collaborate with production and account management teams
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Qualifications
Account Management experience is preferred but not required
Possesses a solid knowledge of MIS systems and order entry processes
Handle all communications with customers in a professional and respectful manner
Strong analytical skills (break projects into steps or sets)
Excellent writing and verbal skills
Professional appearance and decorum
Strong organizational and time-management skills
