    Client Solutions Specialist – Insurance & Customer Relationships Location: Three Rivers, MI (Hybrid: 2 Days in Office, 3 Days Remote after Training) Compensation: Base Salary + Bonuses Type: Full-Time

    What This Role Looks Like:

    As a Client Solutions Specialist, you’ll work directly with new and existing customers to understand their needs and offer personalized insurance solutions. You'll be part educator, part advisor, and part problem-solver—no cold calling, just real conversations that make a difference.

    Hybrid Work Model:

    First 90 Days: Hands-on training in-office, Monday–Friday

    After Training: Hybrid schedule – 2 days in-office, 3 days remote

    What You'll Be Doing:

    Engage with warm leads and referrals

    Help customers choose the right insurance protection based on their goals

    Follow up consistently and build lasting relationships with clients

    Assist with quotes, policy questions, and coverage reviews

    Serve as a trusted advisor for life’s "what ifs"

    Create a positive, professional customer experience

    Who We're Looking For:

    You enjoy connecting with people and helping them feel confident in their decisions

    You’re detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive

    You have experience in customer service, banking, mortgage, or retail sales

    You're coachable, eager to learn, and ready to grow into a rewarding career

    You’re comfortable working independently and in a team environment

    Property & Casualty license a plus (or must be willing to obtain)
