    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat

    • Assist clients in resolving issues, offering solutions, and ensuring satisfaction

    • Provide product and service information to clients as needed

    • Document customer interactions and update CRM system with relevant information

    • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and feedback

    • Manage customer concerns with efficiency and empathy

    • Meet performance goals and maintain high-quality service standards

    Qualifications:

    • Proven customer service experience (2+ years preferred)

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

    • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
