Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist clients in resolving issues, offering solutions, and ensuring satisfaction
Provide product and service information to clients as needed
Document customer interactions and update CRM system with relevant information
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and feedback
Manage customer concerns with efficiency and empathy
Meet performance goals and maintain high-quality service standards
Qualifications:
Proven customer service experience (2+ years preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
