Role Description

The Licensed Client Specialist role is a full-time position with the main office location based in Bowman, ND. This position can be remote with occasional on-site meetings. The day-to-day tasks include quoting, developing relationships, providing product recommendations, and maintaining accurate records. Additional responsibilities involve delivering outstanding customer support, client follow-ups, and identifying opportunities to educate prospective clients.

Active insurance license for all lines (required to start position)

Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software

High school diploma or equivalent
