Role Description
The Client Specialist role is a full-time position with the main office location based in Bowman, ND. This position can be remote with occasional on-site meetings. The role supports the insurance agency by promoting growth and knowledge of products available.
Responsibilities
The day-to-day tasks include quoting, providing product recommendations, and maintaining accurate records. Additional responsibilities involve delivering outstanding customer support and identifying opportunities to educate prospective clients.
