At Uqual, we're seeking motivated Client Success Advisors to support our clients through the home buying journey, ensure their ongoing commitment to our program, and generate valuable referrals. We provide clients with the education, tools, and personalized support to confidently navigate the loan process and achieve their goals.     Compensation and Benefits:

    Pay: $27/hr. Starting at $16/hour base + a guaranteed minimum bonus of $1,750/month for the first 6 months (averaging $27/hour). Uncapped commissions beyond that - no limits on your earnings!

    • Earning Potential: Average annual earnings are anywhere from $60,000 - $75,000 with our top performers making $100,000-$125,000.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Build Client Loyalty: Engage with clients to reinforce the value of our program, addressing concerns and encouraging continued participation to support long-term retention.

    • Drive Referrals: Turn positive client experiences into new opportunities by confidently asking for and securing word-of-mouth referrals during interactions.

    • Coach for Success: Provide expert guidance to B2C clients throughout the homebuying process, helping them overcome challenges and reach loan closure while identifying upsell moments.

    • Re-engage Past Clients: Lead outbound efforts to reconnect with former clients, rebuilding trust and encouraging re-enrollment.

    • Achieve Team Goals: Meet retention and referral targets to contribute to company growth and unlock your commission potential

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years in sales, client retention, or customer success roles (financial services experience a plus).

    • Strong computer skills and comfort with phone-based work.

    • Proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • Ability to pass a background check and 10-panel drug screen (Colorado-friendly).

    • Comfortable in an office setting with extended sitting/standing.

    • Must commute reliably to our Westminster, CO 80234 office (or relocate prior to start).
