We're Hiring: Client Success Attorney - Estate Planning & Elder Law

    The Overview

You love a good plan — and love seeing it through even more. We’re looking for a detail-driven, client-focused attorney to join our estate planning and elder law team and ensure every client’s plan is not just smart, but flawlessly executed.

If you’re tired of the billable hour grind, and thrive on organization, precision, and making people feel taken care of — this is your kind of role.

    Who We Are

Monteforte Law, P.C. is a boutique estate planning and elder law firm serving higher-income clients who want strategic, customized plans — not cookie-cutter documents. We specialize in proprietary trust solutions, asset protection, Medicaid strategies, and proactive probate guidance.

    Here’s what sets us apart:

We’ve helped clients avoid millions in estate taxes through smart, strategic planning

We created proprietary tools like the 20/20 Hindsight Trust™ that you won’t find anywhere else

We do 3-Year Checkups for every client — because plans aren’t one-and-done

Our team is tight-knit, driven, and drama-free

    What You’ll Actually Do

You’ll be our go-to for making estate plans come to life after the client signs on. That means working closely with clients through every step of the fulfillment process and ensuring our plans are top-notch — legally and personally. You’ll:

Handle document signings and explain estate plans in a clear, relatable way

Conduct 3-Year Checkups with returning clients to keep plans current

Manage and prepare MassHealth applications and follow through to completion

Review estate plan drafts prepared by our paralegals for quality and accuracy

Collaborate with our legal and intake team to ensure clients have a smooth experience

This is a role for someone who takes pride in the follow-through. You’re the reason our clients feel secure, cared for, and confident in their future.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

Are licensed in Massachusetts and have 2+ years of estate planning or elder law experience

Are deeply organized, reliable, and committed to doing things right the first time

Enjoy client interaction, but prefer fulfillment over sales

Can explain legal concepts in plain English — no legalese lectures here

Are proactive, empathetic, and responsive (ghosting isn’t in your DNA)

Thrive with systems, checklists, and team collaboration

    You’re Probably Not a Fit If You…

Don’t believe the details matter — they do

Want to spend most of your time selling instead of serving

Struggle with follow-up, time management, or checklists

Can’t work in-office — this is not a remote role

Base Salary: $85,000–$90,000 depending on experience

The high end of the range ($90K) is available for attorneys with elder law or Medicaid experience, or strong writing/drafting skills

    Performance Bonuses

Monthly bonuses of $250–$500 based on volume and quality goals

Meet all benchmarks, get $500. Hit most of them? You’ll still walk away with $250.

    Retirement & Benefits

    401(k) with 4% company match

    Health insurance

    Paid time off

ZERO billable hour requirements — seriously, none

    Why This Role Matters

You’re not just closing files — you’re completing legacies.

At Monteforte Law, our fulfillment process is just as important as the initial strategy. Once a client says “yes,” you make sure their plan is signed, implemented, and reviewed over time. You’re the one who brings clarity and peace of mind, long after the ink dries.

And yes, we still celebrate wins with tacos, cake, and birthdays — sometimes all in the same day.

    How to Apply

Send us your resume and a cover letter that includes:

Your favorite movie and why (yes, really — it’s a vibe check)

A quick story about a time you saved a client from a potential mistake or caught an error before it became a problem

Why fulfillment work and client care are meaningful to you

Monteforte Law, P.C. is an equal opportunity employer.
