Job Description

This is a highly visible, client-facing position focused on training, support, and retention. You’ll work closely with sales, client service, research, and product teams to ensure clients are getting the most out of their M3 MI subscriptions. You’ll act as both a trusted advisor and product expert , helping clients translate data into meaningful, actionable insights.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging client training sessions to drive product adoption and proficiency
• Build strong relationships through proactive outreach and ongoing support
• Partner with clients during renewal cycles to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Respond to client requests and troubleshoot data, platform, and reporting questions
• Support onboarding and business development with data requests and new client setup
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications

• Experience in client service, account management, or a client-facing training role
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with data and research products
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, media, or market research a plus

A strong plus:

• Experience in media planning and familiarity with industry tools such as Telmar, Nielsen Clear Decisions, or MediaRadar.
