    Job Title: Client Success Executive Location: Remote (United States) Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 base + OTE

    About the Role We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Success Executive to ensure clients achieve maximum value from our platform from day one. In this role, you will guide new clients through onboarding, provide ongoing support, and build strong relationships that drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Onboarding

    Lead new clients through a smooth and successful onboarding experience

    Conduct product demos and training sessions to ensure effective platform adoption

    Maintain onboarding resources such as guides, tutorials, and webinars

    Utilize automation, video, email, and in-app support to scale onboarding

    Client Success Management

    Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts

    Build and maintain long-term client relationships

    Monitor usage, engagement, and health metrics to proactively address issues

    Manage contract lifecycle, renewals, and CRM forecasting

    Identify and execute account expansion opportunities aligned with client goals

    Client Support & Issue Resolution

    Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries

    Collaborate with Business Development, Product, and Support teams to resolve challenges

    Capture and analyze client feedback to drive improvements

    Lead Voice of Client initiatives and ensure feedback is acted upon

    Retention & Advocacy

    Track key success metrics such as churn rates and account health scores

    Develop strategies to retain and support at-risk clients

    Deliver exceptional service to build loyalty and satisfaction

    Encourage clients to become advocates through testimonials, referrals, and case studies

    Qualifications

    4–5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within SaaS

    Experience supporting Marketing, Demand Generation, Growth, or Revenue teams

    Strong understanding of SaaS products and client success best practices

    Proven ownership of a client portfolio with accountability for retention and growth

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong problem-solving mindset with a client-centric approach

    Experience using CRM and client success platforms

    Strong organizational and time-management skills

    Collaborative team player
