    Position Summary

    The Client Success Financial Advisor plays a key role in delivering high-quality service and proactive engagement to Skyline’s existing and new clients. This position focuses on client relationship management, portfolio and income plan oversight, pipeline execution, and compliance with 100% “In Good Order” (IGO) standards and processes.

    The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-centered environment. This position provides an excellent career path for professionals seeking to advance in wealth management while developing deep product expertise.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    Client Engagement & Service

    • Serve as the primary contact for annuity clients, ensuring a high level of trust and satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular service check-ins to review client income plans and financial objectives.
    • Provide education on annuity features, performance, and strategies.
    • Proactively communicate updates, changes, and recommendations to clients.

    Portfolio & Income Plan Management

    • Maintain client portfolios and income plans in alignment with client goals.
    • Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to process reallocations, distributions, and policy updates.
    • Identify opportunities for optimization within client portfolio structures.

    Pipeline & Operations Oversight

    • Manage annuity application pipelines, including transfers and funding processes.
    • Monitor case progress from submission through completion, addressing delays and NIGOs (Not in Good Order).
    • Support back-office functions to ensure efficient and accurate policy issuance.

    Compliance & IGO Standards

    • Ensure 100% IGO submission for all client files and applications.
    • Monitor and review documentation for accuracy and compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and carrier-specific guidelines.

    Collaboration & Support

    • Partner with advisors, client experience teams, and operations staff to provide seamless service.
    • Prepare client review meeting materials, including updated summaries and reports.
    • Contribute to the improvement of internal workflows and service systems.
    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Weekly service check-ins and recapture bookings.
    • Annuity/life/alternative investments total assets gathered (TAG) per week.
    • Percentage of applications submitted In-Good-Order (IGO).
    • Timeliness of application processing and funding.
    • Client satisfaction scores (NPS/Google Reviews).
    • Service ticket resolution within required timelines.
    Qualifications
    • CFP designation strongly preferred

    • CPA designation strongly preferred

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.

    • Advisor licensing/certifications (Series, Insurance, CFP®) preferred or willingness to obtain.

    • 2+ years of experience in financial services, client relationship management, or similar role.

    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to new products and systems.

    • Familiarity with CRMs, Tech & AI platforms platforms preferred.

    Compensation & Benefits
    • TTC: Total Target Compensation for years 1-2, $100-$150k
    • Includes Base salary commensurate with experience
