MEDREVEX is looking to add a part-time Client Success Manager to our team. This position will be mostly in-office but can become hybrid work at home after training.

Key Responsibilities Guiding new clients through the onboarding process Proactively building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships Serving as a bridge between clients and internal departments, relaying information and ensuring client needs are communicated effectively Watching claim submission volume or issues and following up with provider/group Sending out NDAs/Contracts and managing the follow up related to this process Sending out new provider onboarding spreadsheets Support the clients from every aspect

Required Skills Strong communication, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, data analysis, and organizational Experience with applications such as Microsoft office, adobe pro, DocuSign, g-suite Experience in project management

Preferred Skills College degree Healthcare experience Billing experience

Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, customer success platforms, and various data analysis tools is preferred.
