    Integrated Technology Systems is a growing MSP based in New York City, delivering high-quality IT support to professional services firms. We’re looking for a Client Success Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships, driving strategic conversations, and delivering exceptional service.

    This is a client-facing, relationship-driven role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor—helping clients align their technology with business goals while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. This is a hybrid role based in NYC.

    What You’ll Do

    • Build and grow long-term client relationships, developing a deep understanding of each client’s business, technology environment, and goals

    • Create and manage technology roadmaps, budgets, and lifecycle plans aligned to client needs

    • Own the full account lifecycle including renewals, proposals, quoting, margins, and activity tracking within PSA tools

    • Lead TBRs (Technology Business Reviews), proposals, and follow-ups to uncover new opportunities and continuous improvements

    • Partner with engineers and internal teams to deliver solutions, standardize environments, and maintain best practices

    • Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for your clients internally

    What You Bring

    • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively

    • Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting to business owners and stakeholders

    • Solid business and financial acumen, including understanding of profitability, margins, and account health

    • A relationship-first mindset with the ability to build trust and navigate both business and technical conversations

    • Curiosity and adaptability with technology, including staying current on trends and solutions

    Nice to Have

    • Prior MSP or IT services experience

    • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
