    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Client Success Manager to own and grow a portfolio of client relationships.

    This role exists to ensure clients remain satisfied, retained, profitable, and positioned for long-term growth. You will serve as the primary client-facing owner of assigned accounts, working closely with Operations, Billing, Sales, and Leadership to ensure every account receives exceptional service and attention.

    This is not a customer support role. This is a relationship ownership role.

    The ideal candidate is highly personable, commercially minded, proactive, and capable of building long-term trust with clients while protecting account profitability and identifying growth opportunities.

    What You'll Own

    • Own client relationships across a portfolio of accounts
    • Drive client retention and long-term account health
    • Lead renewals, pricing conversations, and account reviews
    • Manage escalations and ensure issues are fully resolved
    • Identify account growth, expansion, and referral opportunities
    • Maintain visibility into account profitability and financial performance
    • Coordinate internally with Operations, Billing, Sales, and Leadership
    • Ensure clients receive a proactive, high-touch experience

    Must-Haves

    • Proven experience managing client relationships, accounts, or customer portfolios
    • Strong business and commercial judgment
    • Ability to handle difficult conversations and escalations professionally
    • Highly organized with strong follow-through
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Comfortable discussing pricing, contracts, budgets, and profitability

    Preferred

    • Yiddish speaking
    • Experience in account management, client success, relationship management, business development, or commercial operations
    • Experience managing high-value client portfolios

    Additional incentive opportunities available for account expansion and new business generated through existing client relationships.
