We are hiring a Client Success Concierge/Manager to help local health and wellness practices get to 7-figures per year. Key Responsibilities: Client Support: Help clients learn and apply our practice marketing, sales, and growth strategies while guiding them on their relevant next steps. Training Delivery: Assist in delivering group and one-on-one training sessions with practice owners. Keep client journeys updated and track progress as they grow in our system. Proactive Organization: Managing the details and communication for several dozen clients ensuring 5-star, luxury service is delivered to lead them to re-sign with us. This role will involve directing and organizing the fulfillment and service delivery of world-class coaching and mentorship to our clients during their initial consulting phase. Responsibilities: • Be active in our Facebook group and keep clients moving forward on their right next step and clear action items. • You should be comfortable working online (using tools like Zoom), and hosting calls with clients to determine what they need and helping them find the proper resources. • Keeping client billing updated and preparing them for upsell and resell opportunities. • Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings and events • Send client materials such as meeting recordings and training recordings • Helping to plan and organize client events, trips & initiatives. • You should be able to learn deeply and give people guidance to help them keep momentum in our program and community. Ideal Candidate: • Great Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal abilities with an emphasis on being thorough. • Relevant Experience: Experience in client support, medical wellness, or the aesthetic field. • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage details without losing sight of the big picture. • Quick Learner: Eager for feedback and self-improvement. Qualifications: • Online Direct response marketing experience or aesthetic & wellness practice experience required • Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter who can manage multiple projects and priorities with a track record. • Experience in client success or account management preferred • Experience in business coaching and consulting is a plus • A strong understanding of the sales process and CRM softwares like GHL, is a plus • You enjoy building relationships, presenting solutions, closing deals, and asking for referrals • High school diploma or equivalent required; courses, mentorships, masterminds preferred We’re Looking For Someone Who: • Is Proactive: Solves problems before they escalate, takes initiative, and seeks clarity proactively. • Has a Heart for People: Passionate about helping others succeed and naturally supportive. • Is Thoughtful: Thinks critically to help move others (and themselves) forward. • Delivers: Understands the importance of their word and sets realistic expectations.     $35,000-$60,000 per year
