    Job Description

    Curinos is seeking a Client Success Lead for our Wealth Solutions, supporting financial institutions in optimizing strategies across their wealth, private banking, and brokerage channels. You will lead a team responsible for helping clients drive performance using Wealth Optimizer and Analyzer, Curinos’ leading solutions for deposits and cash-management optimization.

    In this role, you will be the strategic partner and advocate for a portfolio of wealth-focused clients. You will guide them from onboarding through daily support and long-term value realization. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in wealth management, private banking, brokerage cash products, or client portfolio roles, who understands how affluent clients use deposits, cash balances, and liquidity-focused products.

    You will work directly with senior stakeholders in wealth management, product, treasury, and pricing teams to help them translate analytics into practical actions that enhance client outcomes, cash growth, deposit performance, and revenue.

    Management

    • Foster a team culture of client centricity, analytical rigor, and consistent execution

    • Manage team workloads, prioritization, and quality of client deliverables

    • Collaborate with peer managers on cross-organizational initiatives and best-practice development

    Client Work (Wealth Deposits and Cash Focus)

    • Build a deep understanding of each client’s wealth deposits and cash strategy, client segmentation, pricing philosophy, and competitive landscape

    • Build relationships with clients across Wealth Management, Private Banking, Brokerage Platforms, Product, Treasury, and Analytics

    • Guide clients in realizing value from deposits and cash optimization—identify pricing, segmentation, sweep-product, and portfolio opportunities

    • Ensure your team provides timely, high-quality support on platform use, industry dynamics, and analytical interpretation

    • Lead platform training sessions focused on cash allocation, portfolio patterns, rate sensitivity, and client cash/deposit behavior

    Managing Implementations / Projects

    • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for Wealth Optimizer and Analyzer implementations and enhancements

    • Collect and refine business requirements for deposits-and-cash use cases, including pricing treatments, sweep structures, or channel-specific needs

    • Coordinate with internal product, data, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery

    Business and Product Development

    • Identify unmet needs specific to wealth deposits and cash—e.g., segmentation needs, enhanced reporting, product structures, rate management

    • Identify opportunities for broader Curinos solutions to support client goals and facilitate introductions across Curinos teams

    • Provide feedback to help shape the Wealth Optimizer and Analyzer product roadmap

    **Desired Skills & Expertise **

    You are a natural problem solver with a deep understanding of wealth clients, deposits and cash behavior, pricing dynamics, and liquidity management patterns. You enjoy applying analytics to help institutions better serve their clients.

    Required Background

    • 5–10 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Brokerage, Treasury, Retail/Commercial Banking, Consulting, or SaaS delivery

    • Experience with wealth deposits, cash programs, sweeps, or deposit/cash product structures strongly preferred

    • Passion for helping clients enhance their deposits-and-cash performance

    • Demonstrated management and project leadership skills

    • Strong communication and executive-presentation skills

    • Comfort with data analysis and turning insights into actionable business recommendations

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

    • Ability to travel to client sites as needed (typically a few days per month)

    • Bachelor’s degree

    Compensation: Expected base salary for this role is $95,000-$105,000 + bonus
