    Client Success Representative

$55,000–$65,000 per year (based on experience)

Disaster doesn’t wait—and neither should you.

We’re looking for a driven, empathetic, and detail-oriented Client Success Representative who thrives on helping people during challenging times. You’ll be the steady, reassuring voice connecting property owners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to make sure every job runs smoothly from start to finish.

This isn’t a passive, behind-the-scenes role — it’s an active, fast-paced position at the heart of every project. You’ll balance communication, organization, and empathy to ensure our clients feel supported every step of the way.

    Does this sound like you?

Emotionally intelligent — you read people well and communicate with care.

Fast and focused — you handle multiple priorities without missing details.

Confident and composed — you stay calm when others are stressed.

Organized and proactive — you anticipate needs before they arise.

Clear communicator — you’re as comfortable on the phone as you are writing updates.

Team-oriented — you coordinate with project managers, estimators, and technicians to deliver exceptional client service.

    What You’ll Do

Be the first point of contact for customers, insurance representatives, and internal team members.

Promote and sell our full range of restoration services — including Emergency Services, Contents, and Reconstruction — to customers and clients with professionalism and care.

Manage incoming calls and emails with empathy, urgency, and clear communication.

Coordinate communication between departments to keep projects moving efficiently.

Update job information in our management systems accurately and promptly.

Provide clients with regular status updates and clear next steps to ensure confidence throughout the process.

Help resolve concerns quickly and effectively — always with a customer-first, solutions-driven mindset.

Support Project Managers and leadership with documentation, scheduling, and reporting.

    Why You’ll Love It

Meaningful work — you’ll help people rebuild after disaster.

Supportive, team-driven environment where your communication skills truly matter.

Career growth opportunities within a nationally recognized brand.

Consistent, fast-paced workdays with no two days the same.

Comprehensive benefits and a mission-driven culture that values service and integrity.

This Is NOT for You If

You’re uncomfortable talking with people in stressful situations.

    You prefer repetitive, predictable work.

You struggle to stay organized under tight deadlines.

You avoid conflict or difficult conversations.

    Required Education and Experience

2+ years of customer service, inside sales, dispatching, project coordination, or account management experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and CRM tools.

    Preferred Education and Experience

Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or property management environments.

    Bilingual in English and Spanish.
