    About Us

    HYBRID Gym LA is a premium, high-performance private training facility specializing in one-on-one personal training and semi-private transformation programs. We are looking for a motivated Client Success & Sales Manager to lead client acquisition, support client experience, and help grow our high-ticket personal training business.

    This is a desk-based sales role best suited for someone who excels at communication, lead conversion, and workflow organization — all within a fitness environment.

    Responsibilities

    Sales & Lead Conversion

    Convert inbound and outbound leads into high-ticket personal training clients.

    Conduct consultations, gym tours, and follow-up calls/messages.

    Manage the full sales pipeline: outreach, lead nurturing, follow-ups, booking consultations, and closing sales.

    Track and update all leads using CRM systems.

    Client Success

    Support new clients through seamless onboarding.

    Maintain strong client relationships to drive retention, renewals, and upsells.

    Be the primary point of contact for client communication and scheduling needs.

    Business Development

    Build partnerships with local businesses, hotels, residential buildings, and corporate offices.

    Support community events and brand activations to expand local awareness.

    Identify new opportunities for revenue and membership growth.

    Marketing Support

    Coordinate with digital marketing agencies (paid ads, SEO, lead gen).

    Assist with basic social media strategy and content planning.

    Provide insights on lead quality and marketing campaign performance.

    Reporting & Operations

    Track sales KPIs, conversions, and performance metrics.

    Provide weekly updates to the leadership team.

    Help refine sales systems, scripts, and processes.

    Qualifications

    Experience in sales, client acquisition, business development, or membership sales (fitness/wellness/luxury service preferred).

    Strong communication skills and ability to confidently close high-ticket services.

    Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills.

    Comfortable in a desk-based sales environment inside a fitness facility.

    Experience with CRM systems (Mindbody, ActiveCampaign) is a plus.

    Passion for health, fitness, and helping clients reach their goals.

    Available for some evenings, weekends, and events.

    Compensation & Benefits

    Compensation:

    Hourly base at Downtown LA minimum wage

    Uncapped commission on personal training sales, semi-private enrollments, renewals, and upsells

    High performers earn significantly above industry averages
