    Position Summary
    We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Client Support Intern to join our IT team. This role focuses on analyzing and resolving Tier 2 technical issues that escalate beyond the Tier 1 Helpdesk, provisioning and maintaining hardware for local companies, and assisting with employee onboarding. The intern will also play a key role in inventory management, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting various IT needs at the main campus. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in IT support and operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Address and resolve Tier 2 help desk escalations through the ticketing system.
    • Follow up on outstanding tickets to ensure timely resolution.
    • Install and configure hardware and software for new employee onboarding.
    • Provide support for PCs, phones, and mobile devices on campus.
    • Manage and monitor internal IT assets to maintain accurate inventory records.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, smartphones, and tablets.
    • Assist with billing, leasing, ordering, and evaluating new equipment.
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support the IT team.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college, either at the undergraduate or master’s level.
    • One semester post-graduation
