We’re growing fast and looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Client Support Representative who can help keep dispatch operations on track, technicians supported, and customers happy—start to finish.
What You’ll Do
This isn’t just customer service, it’s full project coordination. You'll be the go-to person for both clients and technicians, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the initial call to project completion. You’ll:
- Schedule customers for routine and emergency HVAC service
- Respond quickly and professionally to incoming service requests
- Coordinate and manage multiple service projects simultaneously
- Serve as the communication hub between clients, techs, and vendors
- Ensure technicians have everything they need to complete their jobs
- Track progress and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
- Follow each job through to completion and confirm customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot scheduling or service issues and solve problems in real time
- Master the use of ServiceTitan (our CRM/project management tool)
You’re a Great Fit If You...
- Have strong experience with CRM and project coordination tools (ServiceTitan preferred)
- Are comfortable managing multiple projects at once and staying highly organized
- Communicate clearly and confidently—both in writing and over the phone
- Can work independently without needing someone to check in constantly
- Have solid judgment and know how to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Stay calm and effective under pressure
- Are curious, personable, and eager to learn new systems and skills
Must-Haves
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Experience managing schedules, teams, and timelines
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow pitch scripting and handle objections professionally
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
- Customer service mindset with a “find-a-way” attitude
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with ServiceTitan or other CRM platforms
- Background in HVAC or home services
- Prior experience in scheduling, dispatching, or crew supervision
