Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to client inquiries, ensuring each interaction is handled with care and professionalism. • Guide clients through their planning journey, offering clear and actionable advice tailored to their needs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. • Making outbound calls to clients who have requested information about our company and programs. • Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or the call center industry. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences. • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to offer tailored solutions to client needs. • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records. • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity at all times. Compensation: $40,000
