    We’re looking for motivated individuals who want a flexible, remote position with room to grow. No experience required — we provide training. This role is ideal for people who are reliable, coachable, and comfortable working independently. Responsibilities: • Communicate with clients to provide general support and answer basic questions • Assist with onboarding new clients and guiding them through simple processes • Maintain accurate records and update client information as needed • Follow up with clients to ensure they have the resources and information they need • Support team members with administrative and operational tasks • Manage incoming inquiries and route them to the appropriate department • Provide clear, professional communication through phone, email, or virtual meetings • Help clients understand next steps and ensure a smooth experience • Stay organized and manage daily tasks in a timely manner • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions Qualifications: • Comfortable communicating with clients • Able to follow simple processes and instructions • Organized and dependable • Willing to learn new skills • Basic computer and phone proficiency • Positive, team‑oriented attitude Additional Requirements & Onboarding To ensure compliance and support your success in this role, candidates must meet the following: • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must be able to pass a standard background check As part of the onboarding and licensing process: • A $99 background check fee is required and is reimbursed upon successful completion of licensing • A $25/month software access fee provides tools for training, client management, and business operations • These steps help set you up with the systems and credentials needed to begin working with clients and earning income. Compensation: $100,000 at plan commissions
