About the Role
Atirix Medical Systems Inc is seeking a full-time, entry-level Client Support Specialist to support, implement, and train clients on our medical software solutions. Atirix develops and provides medical software to U.S. and Canadian hospitals and health systems, working with clinical, biomedical, and IT professionals to improve healthcare outcomes through technology.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in healthcare technology, client services, or product support. You’ll start by assisting on projects and tasks across several teams, gaining exposure on how medical software is built, supported, and delivered. As you grow, you’ll have the opportunity to specialize in areas that align with your interests and strengths.
This position is based in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area and reports to a Senior Specialist or Director of Client Services.

Areas of Responsibility:
Medical Staff Client Support
· Assist support team by troubleshooting support requests from hospital clients
· Respond to client questions via email or phone (login issues, software navigation, reporting)
· Help clients prepare reports for Quality Assurance compliance inspections
Client Training and Documentation
· Lead virtual client training sessions for clinical and technical users
· Contribute to written and visual content for the online help center and technical manuals
Quality Assurance
· Test software changes during product release cycles
· Run test cases and collaborate with subject matter experts to validate updates
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate next steps
Ability to thrive in changing environment
Must be able to pass a background check
Preferred skills
Degree or experience in a healthcare-oriented field
1 - 3 years of professional work experience
