Dolan & Associates is growing fast, and we’re hiring an experienced, proactive, customer-focused individual with exceptional project management skills to plan and deliver our top-notch Client Service Program. What You’ll Be Doing The Client Support Specialist manages the delivery of a defined set of customer service interactions and touchpoints to our existing clients throughout the year. This is a proactive role – not reactive. You won’t wait for clients to call with questions or service requests. You will plan your time to deliver the Client Service Program on time and with the highest level of client care. The initial pay will be between $20 - $26/hour, depending on experience. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability. • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, proactively suggesting improvements to service delivery. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage client service requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. • Facilitate client program invitations and registrations, ensuring seamless participation and engagement. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all interactions are documented and accessible. • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure client inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. Strong project management skills with a record of success in planning and meeting milestone goals on a monthly and annual basis. • Experienced in a client-facing role, ideally within the legal industry, ensuring top-tier service delivery. • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to increase client satisfaction and loyalty, proactively suggesting improvements to service delivery. • Ability to collaborate with a team, fostering a supportive and proactive work environment.
