If this sounds like you, you could be a great fit to be a Client Support Specialist/Front Desk Coordinator. This is a full-time in-office position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Salary depending on experience, plus paid time off, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and profit sharing. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, well-organized, and extremely strong in following up on pending items and keeping track of deadlines. We are looking for someone who is friendly and outgoing, professional, punctual, and can multitask and prioritize under pressure. Candidates must be proficient with MS Office. Previous office experience required. The candidate we are looking for should possess the following professional attributes: • Accountability • Integrity • Respectful and friendly • Team-oriented • Self-motivated achiever Responsibilities: • Answering phones, screening, and forwarding calls to the appropriate professionals. • Handling potential client calls and answering questions in a professional manner. • Greeting clients, managing conference rooms, maintaining office supplies, and stocking the kitchen. • Handling new client intake process from initial contact through transition to responsible attorney, including running conflict checks, preparing and tracking Legal Services Agreements and Conflict Waivers. • Other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Requirements • High School Education or equivalent. • 2+ years of office experience. • Excellent communication skills. • Proficient with MS Office. Compensation: $26 - $30 hourly
