    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to provide world-class support to our customers. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met quickly, efficiently, and with genuine care. You'll troubleshoot issues, guide clients through processes, and deliver solutions that strengthen long-term relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat.

    • Manage client inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.

    • Use CRM tools and digital platforms to track client interactions and provide timely updates.

    • Assist with onboarding new clients and guiding them through systems or product usage.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues promptly.

    • Provide feedback to leadership on common client concerns and process improvements.

    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently answer client questions.

    Qualifications

    • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, client support, or account management (remote experience preferred).

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Tech-savvy; comfortable with CRM systems, digital platforms, and reporting tools.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

    • A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for helping others succeed.

    • Monday to Friday (no weekends required)

    Pay:

    $30.00 – $35.00/hour + bonus incentives
