We are seeking a full-time Client Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital connection between the Social Security Administration (SSA) and our organization, ensuring accurate case updates and maintaining efficient case management.
This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between the firm and the Social Security Administration (SSA).
Track and verify case statuses, ensuring accurate updates.
Identify and resolve discrepancies between firm records and SSA data.
Monitor deadlines and prepare necessary correspondence.
Accurately review, document, and update case files in the system.
Perform general administrative duties to support case management.
Assist with other tasks as needed to serve firm and client interests.
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Highly motivated team player with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
