Full Job Description
Signarama, West Palm Beach is a family-owned Sign Company celebrating 30 years in the sign industry. We are a busy sign shop with a fast-paced office environment. We are seeking a full time Client Account Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet customers in our shop
Effectively manage all incoming calls
Sell signs at the counter, on the phone and through email
Build and create custom sign projects through our Point-of-Sale system
Manage your sign projects to completion and customer satisfaction
Follow up with customers to check that they’re satisfied with any purchases or services
Manage existing and new customer accounts
Coordinate with outside vendors and services as needed
Make product recommendations or services to customers based on their needs and preferences
Provide outstanding customer service
Helping to determine the best fabrication methods and materials needed for jobs
Personable and friendly, likes to work with people
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
This position requires math skills, product knowledge and computer skills.
Qualifications:
Customer service experience
Must be able to work on multiple projects at a time
Must be someone who takes pride in the product they produce
Must be comfortable working with customers directly and answering phones
Must have a willingness to learn the Sign Industry and the ability to catch on quickly
Must be a team player
Must be dependable
