Job Description

We are seeking a Network Security Engineer for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Englewood, CO. This opportunity will be with the enterprise security team and WILL BE FOCUSED ON END POINT SECURITY.   This role will be responsible for the following:

• MANAGING, MONITORING AND UPDATING MALWARE PREVENTION SYSTEMS 
•  Monitoring security advisory groups to ensure all necessary network security updates, patches and preventive measures are in place 
• SUPPORT ARCHITECTURE AND INFRASTRUCTURE FOR MALWARE PREVENTION SYSTEMS 
• Support a critical enterprise service

Qualifications

• Security Solutions experience (Linux, JAVA, Cloud)
• End-point security solutions experience
• Web proxy services admin experience (Blue Coat preferred)
• Malware & AV (Website Specific) experience
•  Endpoint Detect and Response (Tanium EDR) experience
•  IDS/IPS (outbound) experience
•  Experience within web proxy from an application and appliance level
• Knowledge of network protocols within a TCP/IP environment
• Experience with infrastructure vulnerability scans
• Enterprise architecture experience (security and/or cloud computing)
