Job Description

WE ARE SEEKING A JR-MID LEVEL TECHNICAL TRAINER FOR A 6-MONTH CONTRACT ROLE IN GOLDEN, CO.  THIS ROLE WILL BE A HYBRID ROLE OF ONSITE AND REMOTE. FOR THIS REASON, INTERESTED CANDIDATES WHO ALREADY RESIDE IN COLORADO ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.  

In this role, you will:

• Assist the IT teams with planning and distributing a wide range of internal communications including newsletter articles, email messages, website content, and informational materials delivered through a variety of media.   
• Assist with the design, development, distribution, and implementation of technical training content and materials in a variety of formats such as articles, classes (in-person and virtual), emails, newsletters, presentations, promotions, videos, and websites.
• Assist with administration of eLearning and learning management tools.

Qualifications

• Intermediate/Advanced experience creating technical training content/curriculum, including for MS Office 365, for entry-level through proficient user levels.
• Experience with Adobe Captivate, Articulate OR SIMILAR PLATFORMS FOR CREATING ONLINE TRAINING.
• Experience with Camtasia OR SIMILAR PLATFORMS FOR SCREEN RECORDING AND VIDEO EDITING.
• Experience with microlearning preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
