Job Description

We are seeking an entry level HR Recruitment Support professional for a direct hire/permanent role in Fredericksburg, VA. This role will work a hybrid schedule of onsite/ in the office in the Alexandria area. Due to the projects being supported, this role will require the selected candidate to be a U.S. Citizen. This support role will be joining a growing Recruiting team and will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting the recruiting process.
• Supporting the recruiting team with various tasks including data entry.
• Assisting with special projects and research.
• Working proactively with other team members.
• Prioritizing activities for the best interest of the team when working on multiple projects.
• Handling employee requests and deliver quality solutions if able, or escalate requests to a more senior team member.

Qualifications

• Sourcing for/finding qualified candidates using job boards and Taleo.
• Reaching out to those candidates to determine interest before directing them to the application.
• Dispositioning candidates.
• Conducting reference checks.
• Qualifying applications and reaching out to candidates with missing information (i.e. security questions), providing them the appropriate link(s) to edit / complete their application for QA purposes.
• Creating, and sending Routine, Partial and Final Contingency Lift Letters.
• Capable of using MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Long term career interest in HR/Recruiting is preferred.
