    Job Description

    We are seeking an IT Project Manager with infrastructure and enterprise application implementation experience for an 18 month+ contract opportunity in Broomfield, CO.  The Project Manager will lead individual infrastructure and enterprise software implementation projects from initiation through implementation including phases such as planning, execution, monitoring/controlling and close-out. Establish project requirements, priorities, and deadlines. Ensure project is completed in accordance with all technology risk, architecture and other relevant enterprise-wide guidelines and assist with coordinating all infrastructure and enterprise software implementation resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projects. Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage infrastructure and enterprise software implementation projects of moderate to large complexity under the guidance of program manager
    • Perform detailed infrastructure and enterprise software implementation project planning and execute according to plans
    • Create baseline budget and schedules based upon approved requirements, cost estimates and prioritization
    • Responsible for accurate time and budget reporting and management
    • Lead matrixed teams (including vendors/consultants) to deliver quantifiable results
    • Perform overall project management issue tracking and risk management including risk analysis and mitigation
    • Ensure team creates and maintains appropriate project and program artifacts
    • Prepare and communicate accurate project status to stakeholders
    • Successfully communicate across a variety of audiences, including business people, technologists and vendors
