    JOB OVERVIEW:

    Established in 1989, Cliffco Mortgage Bankers is a privately-owned and operated lending institution headquartered in Uniondale, New York and one of the largest mortgage banking institutions on Long Island. Cliffco Mortgage Bankers is fully licensed in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Florida, Texas and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Cliffco specializes in an array of mortgage loan products related to purchasing, financing and reverse mortgages.

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The position is a self-directed role in which the Lead Quality Assistant (LQA) will be managing the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) for Cliffco Mortgage. The LQA will work directly with loan officers, real estate agents, attorneys, title officers and upper management at Cliffco to organize, manage and allocate buyer leads. This is NOT a sales position. Instead, the LQA will be responsible for tracking the timeline, history and progress of each lead in the CRM by communicating with loan officers and real estate agents who will be vetting and qualifying buyer leads with the ultimate goal of converting them to clients. The LQA position calls for a person who has the ability to work independently, proactive and assertively. He/she must have a get-the-job-done mentality. The hire must be highly organized, extremely persistent and a clear and effective communicator.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Review existing and new leads imported into the CRM

    · Import buyer leads into CRM

    · Daily communication with loan officers and real estate agents assigned to individual leads to acquire lead status update

    · Input transactional information related to closed sales into CRM

    · Run reports and analytics on overall lead system

    · Periodic meetings with upper management to discuss lead progress

    · Give input on enhancing CRM functionality for improved quality of service for loan officers, real estate agents and clients
