Climate People is a startup, high velocity, game changing Recruiting firm that only works with customers that helping solve climate change. That's all we care about and that's all we do. We are mobilizing a technical workforce transition to work on climate tech.
What is ClimateTech?
Everything needs to change in our entire global economy.
- Energy : How we produce, transmit, store and consume electricity and heat
- Transportation : How we move people and goods (cars, charging, micro mobility, buses, trucks, heavy equipment, airplanes, shipping)
- Food, Agriculture & Land use : How we sustainably feed the planet while protecting it as population growth continues
- Buildings : Changing energy sources for buildings, improving energy efficiency and refrigerants
- Heavy Industry & Materials : Improvements to material production (Cement, steel, textiles, chemicals), efficiency of the industrial and manufacturing process and reducing waste and the circular economy.

- Strong systems background, able to use various systems to create workflows and automation as needed
Must have skills:
- Previous experience recruiting for full-time permanent positions in software engineer, data, product and user experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong listening and writing skills
