This is a sales-first technical role, strategically split between 60% consultative sales and 40% hands-on technical application.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose & Consult: Perform expert HVAC evaluations and present "Good/Better/Best" options.
- Educate: Empower homeowners to make confident decisions on repairs vs. replacements.
- Close with Integrity: Finalize on-site sales while upholding our reputation for excellence.
- Expert Diagnostics: Perform high-level repairs, maintenance, and replacement evaluations to identify efficiency and reliability opportunities.
- Consultative Sales: Educate homeowners and present clear "Good/Better/Best" options, closing on-site sales with a focus on integrity.
- Premium Service: Represent Climate Pro professionally, providing a top-tier customer experience and detailed documentation for every call.
Requirements (Must Have):
- Must reside in the Chandler/Phoenix metro area.
- 2+ years Residential HVAC Tech experience
- 1+ year proven sales success.
- Valid EPA Certification, clean driving record, and background check.
