    Job Description

    Climate Pros is a mid-sized and very rapidly-growing leader in commercial refrigeration and HVAC services for many of the largest retail chains in the US. We have a unique, positive culture that emphasizes relationships, growth, and integrity.

    As Regional Sales Manager with the industry's fastest-moving team, you will drive sales and close refrigeration and HVAC on-demand service, sales, and preventative maintenance service agreements in the California region.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with Climate Pros target customers
    • Present and sell Climate Pros industry-best service package to customer target market
    • Close at a high rate service sales opportunities
    • Provide customers with problem solving solutions for their refrigeration needs that includes energy saving products refrigerant, retro fits, and equipment
    • Work with other Climate Pros departments and vendors to support installation opportunities for service customers
    • Exceed yearly sales goals
    • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Responsible to build long lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Must be multi-tasker, trustworthy and have strong work ethic.
    • Must have refrigeration/HVAC sales experience.
    • Self-motivated and driven
    • Strong communication skills

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
    • 5 year’s sales experience
    • Computer knowledge, must include MS office – Word, Excel, and outlook.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Regularly required to sit; occasionally required to stand; walk; and climb; noise level is usually quiet.
