As Regional Sales Manager with the industry's fastest-moving team, you will drive sales and close refrigeration and HVAC on-demand service, sales, and preventative maintenance service agreements in the California region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain relationships with Climate Pros target customers
- Present and sell Climate Pros industry-best service package to customer target market
- Close at a high rate service sales opportunities
- Provide customers with problem solving solutions for their refrigeration needs that includes energy saving products refrigerant, retro fits, and equipment
- Work with other Climate Pros departments and vendors to support installation opportunities for service customers
- Exceed yearly sales goals
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Responsible to build long lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Must be multi-tasker, trustworthy and have strong work ethic.
- Must have refrigeration/HVAC sales experience.
- Self-motivated and driven
- Strong communication skills
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5 year’s sales experience
- Computer knowledge, must include MS office – Word, Excel, and outlook.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Regularly required to sit; occasionally required to stand; walk; and climb; noise level is usually quiet.
