    JOB TITLE: Sales Support Specialist

    DEPARTMENT: Sales & Marketing Department

    LOCATION: Redlands, CA.

    COMPENSATION: Full time salary plus benefits. (Non-Exempt Employee).

    The Sales Support Specialist performs a variety of functions that assist our inside and outside salespersons to focus on their core duties and responsibilities.

    Required Duties & Responsibilities

    • � Product photography and graphic design expert required
    • � Create product-related videos and images
    • � Create and maintain data sheets and collateral material
    • � Conduct monthly and annual Rep/Distributor forecast
    • � Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for senior management
    • � Provide Rep/Distributor support (send collateral material, demos, etc.)
    • � Event Management (trade shows, distributor meetings, etc.)
    • � Manage Company's Direct Mail (newsletters, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • � Maintain the department Standard Operating Procedures
    • � Liaise with Sales Teams to create targeted sales strategies
    • � Inside Sales (quotations, follow-ups, and general support) as needed
    • � Become a product knowledge expert
    • � Maintain CRM database
    • � Manage product launch strategies
    • � Assist and execute product research as needed
    • � Cross Train in Outbound Sales

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS The successful incumbent will have a high school diploma or equivalent. Strongly prefer a bachelor degree in Marketing or Sales (GPA of 3.0 or higher). Should have strong presentation skills, strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written), strong organizational and project management skills. Must have strong public speaking and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Outgoing personality and ability to build long-term relationships with customers and prospects. Must have a valid drivers license, insurance, and maintain a good driving record. Bilingual (Spanish, German, or French) a plus.

    PHYSICAL & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

    • • Must be able to type up to 60 wpm
    • � Must be able to lift 20 lbs. from the floor to above your head
    • � Sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time required.

    OTHER As condition for continued employment the successful candidate must pass a physical and a drug test, wage verification, education verification, basic English and Math pre-employment test, and background check. Proof of automobile insurance and a good driving record is required.
