Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Epic Hospital Billing Specialist to join our healthcare organization. As an Epic Hospital Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the hospital billing process using the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system. Your primary focus will be on accurate and timely submission of patient bills and claims, ensuring compliance with billing regulations and guidelines. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field (preferred). Previous experience working with the Epic Hospital Billing module or certification in Epic Hospital Billing is required. Strong knowledge of hospital billing processes, including insurance verification, claims submission, and reimbursement methodologies. Proficiency in using the Epic EHR system and other relevant billing software. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in billing data entry and review. Familiarity with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA and CMS guidelines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Certification - Epic HB
