    Title: QA Tester/Business Analyst (Experience with Epic)

    Work Mode: Remote

    Duration: 6 Months+ (With Possible Extension)

    Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Responsibilities:

    · You will have to validate and verify the functionality of healthcare software applications, particularly those utilizing Epic systems.

    · You are supposed to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand Epic-based healthcare applications' requirements.

    · You are supposed to develop test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on Epic system functionalities.

    · You will have to execute test cases to identify software defects, ensure functionality, and validate data accuracy.

    · You will have to document and report defects, track their resolution, and verify fixes.

    · You are supposed to perform regression testing to ensure the stability of healthcare software applications.

    · You will have to conduct end-to-end testing of Epic-based modules to ensure integration and data flow.

    · You are supposed to collaborate with Epic analysts to review and validate system workflows.

    · You are supposed to participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback for improvements.

    · You must be active regarding Epic system updates and ensure testing compliance.

    Requirements:

    · You must have Epic certification in one or more modules (e.g., EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient, Willow, Cadence).

    · You must have proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role in a healthcare IT field.

    · You must have proficiency in testing tools and methodologies.

    · You must have strong understanding of healthcare data standards and interoperability (HL7, FHIR).

    · You must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    · You must have effective communication and collaboration abilities.

    · You must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
