Job description Role: Senior Data Scientist Work Mode: 100% Remote Duration: 6+Months ClinDCast is looking for skilled Senior Data Scientist for one of our reputed clients. This profile is 100% remote. Job Description: A Senior Data Scientist is a professional with extensive experience and expertise in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis. They play a critical role in extracting insights and generating value from large and complex datasets. The Senior Data Scientist will be leading engagements for de-identification and re-identification risk measurement of client data. This will include performing re-identification risk determinations and working with clients to ensure they are successful in managing re-identification risk on their data. Responsibilities: · You will have to develop expertise in statistical disclosure control and de-identification regulations and standards. · You will have to conduct qualitative and quantitative re-identification risk analysis for a variety of clients in and outside of the healthcare domain, and document the results of these analyses in client-facing reports. · You will have to present data de-identification solutions to technical and business audiences. · You will have to support software clients in performing re-identification risk analysis. · You will have to inform the development of algorithms and recommend improvements to core software products. · You will have to facilitate, conduct, and coach others on the use of various re-identification risk analysis techniques. · You will have to act as a go-to expert resource for marketing and sales teams in support of go-to-market and sales activities. Requirements: · You must have minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience with healthcare experience too. · You must have experience in data privacy, data de-identification and statistical disclosure control, with a strong focus on health care data. · You must have experience in performing data analysis, data exploration and data modeling (using SQL, R or Python). · You must have experience in leading and managing multiple projects at various stages of development. · You must have the ability to present work and explain findings to senior leadership. · You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. · You must have excellent decision making and problem-solving skills. · You must have experience in working in a professional services organization, such as consulting. · You must have experience in performing re-identification risk assessments and using data de-identification software. · You must have the knowledge of statistical disclosure control or privacy laws. · You must have experience in working with health, financial, or other consumer data. · You must have experience in working with large data sets (TBs).
